ACCESS Outlook Web Access (OWA)




ACCELLION:  The Accellion appliance has been decommissioned. All of the information that was previously on Accellion can now be found on Medaxion. To access on your iPad, simply use the Lookup tab. To access on your iPhone, simply open Medaxion and turn your phone sideways. You should see a link to bulletins at the top, followed by a handful of frequently-accessed  files, and finally several folders under that should look familiar.  If the file names appear but some of the content won’t open on your iPhone, you simply need to reset the Medaxion app. To do this, start at the screen in which you type in your pin number and tap the “i” below the “7”, settings, reset app, confirm reset. Then enter our practice identifier (meg431@caa), and go through the steps to sign in. It will take several hours for the documents to download in the background onto the app.  If you have questions, suggestions, or need to revise or upload content, please reach out to either Maneesh Amancharla or Thea Deno.


What is the password for the Apple ID on my EMR iPad?

The password is listed in our secure file collaboration product, Accellion.  You can click on the link above to access it.


I’m having trouble logging into Seton WiFi network…what do I do?

Unfortunately, CAA does not have access to any settings on Seton’s network.  Your best bet will be to call the Seton Help Desk, at (512) 324-1675, and explain your issue to them.
